Responsibilities : • Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments. • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails and phone calls • Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records. • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. • Assist in planning and coordinating events, travel arrangements, and logistics. • Provide general administrative support to team members and departments Experience and Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
