Location: Dubai (Hybrid), with regional travel as needed Reports to: CEO or Group Head of Strategic Alliances Seniority: Mid to Senior Level Languages: Fluent English required, Arabic or French is a plus Summary Brixio is seeking a high-performance, relationship-driven Ecosystem GTM Manager to own and activate the Cloudflare commercial ecosystem: Coordinate directly with Cloudflare Sales to secure and deliver service projects Drive revenue from Cloudflare’s MSSP and GSI partners by selling Brixio services Manage and optimize channel operations with distributors like Ingram and Mindware This is not a passive partner account role. You will be incentivized on pipeline generated, bookings closed, and the strength of the delivery flywheel you build between Cloudflare, its partners, and Brixio. You will represent Brixio in strategic conversations with Cloudflare executives and be the commercial face of our service capability across EMEA. Key Responsibilities 1. Own the Cloudflare Sales Relationship Engage regularly with Cloudflare account executives and SEs across EMEA Track inbound referrals and influence co-selling motions Ensure Brixio is positioned as the preferred services delivery partner Join strategic account calls to help position Brixio service delivery 2. Drive Channel Revenue (Partners Buy from Us) Sell Brixio’s Cloudflare PS (Magic WAN, ZTNA, WAF, onboarding, etc.) to: MSSPs GSIs and Regional Integrators Consulting partners and Cloudflare MSPs Own the partner lifecycle: onboarding, enablement, quota alignment, co-selling 3. Optimize Distributor Operations Manage procurement and commercial ops with distis (Ingram, Mindware, etc.) Ensure correct SKU registration, pricing consistency, and margin protection Track disti throughput and clean execution of partner PO workflows 4. Build a Scalable Flywheel Co-design partner playbooks, service catalogs, and field GTM initiatives Organize enablement sessions, webinars, and partner campaigns Conduct QBRs with partners and vendors to assess performance and adjust plans Track pipeline, performance, and partner capacity to ensure delivery readiness Requirements Must-Have: 6+ years experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner GTM roles Deep exposure to Cloudflare, SASE, network security, or similar ecosystem Proven track record of partner-sourced revenue execution Experience working with MSSPs, GSIs, distributors, and field sales teams Strong understanding of service sales mechanics (SOW, margin, delivery models) Soft Skills: Strategic and operational: can build partner vision and chase the PO Relationship builder with commercial toughness Highly structured: works across multiple stakeholders with precision Able to drive urgency in sales conversations without damaging relationships Confident communicator — comfortable presenting to C-level at Cloudflare or clients Preferred But Not Mandatory: Female candidate strongly encouraged Bilingual Arabic/English or French/English is a plus Experience working in multi-country setups (UAE, KSA, Egypt, Levant) Background in GTM at Cloudflare, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Fortinet, or similar Benefits Incentives & Metrics This role is measured and compensated based on: € Cloudflare-sourced pipeline activated and converted € Partner-attributed bookings (MSSPs/GSIs buying services from Brixio) Disti operations metrics: throughput, gross margin, compliance Velocity of partner onboarding and enablement Service delivery capacity aligned to Cloudflare demand curve Why Brixio?
