Ladies Salon Receptionist – Muwaileh, Sharjah (Fresha App Experience Required)

A newly established ladies’ salon in Muwaileh, Sharjah is looking for a professional and highly experienced Receptionist to oversee the front desk and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in salon or beauty industry reception, excellent communication skills, and full knowledge of the Fresha app for managing appointments and client records.
The Receptionist will also play a vital role in managing staff schedules, duty hours, and attendance, ensuring operations run efficiently and in line with salon standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Salon Operations Management
• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
• Manage staff schedules, duty hours, shifts, and leave requests.
• Supervise attendance, punctuality, and staff discipline.
• Monitor service quality and ensure consistent client satisfaction.
Front Desk & Client Relations
• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
• Manage bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling through the Fresha app.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about salon services, packages, and promotions.
• Address client inquiries and complaints in a polite, professional manner.
Financial & Administrative Duties
• Manage client payments (cash, card, bank transfer) and maintain accurate POS records.
• Prepare daily sales summaries and weekly/monthly performance reports (sales, bookings, expenses).
• Oversee inventory control, track usage, and coordinate supply orders.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations.
Sales & Marketing
• Promote salon services, packages, and seasonal offers to boost bookings.
• Suggest and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Motivate staff to achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
• Support loyalty programs, client retention initiatives, and special events.

• 5–10 years of proven experience in salon management, reception, or the beauty industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Fresha app (mandatory), booking systems, and POS software.
• Professional appearance, customer-service oriented, with a positive attitude.
• Must have an established client base in Sharjah.
