Project Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Civil Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. They must coordinate with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure high-quality work and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and supervise civil construction projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment. Develop project schedules, timelines, and resource plans. Monitor project progress and handle any delays, conflicts, or scope changes. Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements. Manage budgets, forecast costs, and monitor project expenses. Conduct site visits, inspections, and ensure timely completion of milestones. Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and updates to senior management and clients. Lead project meetings and maintain open communication with all stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in managing civil/construction projects. Strong understanding of project management tools and techniques. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. UAE experience and knowledge of local regulations is an advantage.
