Job Description – Quantity Surveyor   Pre-Contract Preparation of Budget/Cost Estimates. Extract and prepare BOQs from project drawings, specifications, and site conditions. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and flexible to work 6 days a week. In depth knowledge of UAE construction market and FIDIC. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor specialized in marble and granite works to oversee on-site execution, ensure work quality, and manage installation teams for flooring, cladding, staircases, and custom stone applications. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of marble and granite installation techniques, with a strong ability to manage site logistics, labor, and coordination with main contractors and consultants. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day activities of stone installation teams on-site. Ensure accurate implementation of technical drawings, shop drawings, and method statements. Inspect and verify materials delivered to site are per specification and free of defects. Coordinate site activities with project engineers, subcontractors, and main contractors. Monitor site progress and report any delays, risks, or issues to the Project Manager. Ensure safety protocols, site cleanliness, and compliance with HSE standards. Track labor performance, attendance, and task allocation. Solve site-level challenges related to stone installation, fitting, cutting, and detailing. Job description Roles & Responsibilities: Study BOQ and providing cost and estimation of the project. Compile all tender bids, ensure it is complete in all aspects of pricing, submission and check all estimating and tendering aspects relevant to the project implementation in the region. Ensure the estimators prepare upon award of the project, a summary of the job including cost of labor, material, quantity and quality of the material required strictly as per the specification of the client to ensure that they are as per the prescribed parameters.
