Track labor performance, attendance, and task allocation. Solve site-level challenges related to stone installation, fitting, cutting, and detailing. Assist in quality control and snagging inspections prior to handover. Requirements: Proven experience in supervising stone works (minimum 5 years preferred). Strong knowledge of installation techniques for marble and granite. Ability to read technical drawings and work with measurement tools on-site. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with construction timelines, sequences, and material tolerances. Experience with polishing, grouting, and finishing methods is a plus. Good understanding of site safety and quality standards.
