We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor specialized in marble and granite works to oversee on-site execution, ensure work quality, and manage installation teams for flooring, cladding, staircases, and custom stone applications. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of marble and granite installation techniques, with a strong ability to manage site logistics, labor, and coordination with main contractors and consultants. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day activities of stone installation teams on-site. Ensure accurate implementation of technical drawings, shop drawings, and method statements. Inspect and verify materials delivered to site are per specification and free of defects. Coordinate site activities with project engineers, subcontractors, and main contractors. Monitor site progress and report any delays, risks, or issues to the Project Manager. Ensure safety protocols, site cleanliness, and compliance with HSE standards. Track labor performance, attendance, and task allocation. Solve site-level challenges related to stone installation, fitting, cutting, and detailing. Assist in quality control and snagging inspections prior to handover. Requirements: Proven experience in supervising stone works (minimum 5 years preferred). Strong knowledge of installation techniques for marble and granite. Ability to read technical drawings and work with measurement tools on-site. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with construction timelines, sequences, and material tolerances. Experience with polishing, grouting, and finishing methods is a plus. Good understanding of site safety and quality standards. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or technical degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Technology. Previous experience working on high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. English and/or arabic language skills depending on site location.

Quantity Surveyor - Cost Controller PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A ROLE FOR THE FINANCE TEAM Responsibilities: - Record and manage costs associated with manpower, materials, equipment, machinery, and subcontractors. - Perform accurate and timely quantity surveying. - Implement cost control measures to support project managers in achieving commercial targets. - Provide support for landscaping and waterscape projects with precise quantity take-offs. - Assist with project and purchase tasks to ensure commercial success. - Prepare and submit variation orders, including quantity take-offs, cost estimation, rate analysis, and all necessary documentation, in coordination with project managers. - Conduct periodic meetings with project managers, construction managers, and site engineers to discuss and resolve commercial issues. - Collaborate with project managers, accounts managers, and operations managers to update the status of certification, collection targets, and any issues. - Control and monitor costs through detailed cost reports. -Track budgets and cash flow, providing regular updates. - Prepare and maintain a payment log, collection report, and variation master schedule. - Advise purchasers on material specifications, supplier options, and subcontractor information. - Review and approve material requisition forms (MRFs) and local purchase orders (LPOs). - Verify and approve subcontractor payment certificates in coordination with project managers. - Verify subcontractor interim payment applications and prepare payment certificates. - Prepare and review proforma and tax invoices in a timely manner. - Analyze invoice certification targets versus actual achievements. - Implement cost control measures, including value engineering, even when projects are within budget. - Prepare and review markup drawings and quantity take-offs for interim payment applications. - Ensure timely preparation and submission of interim payment applications.
