You will be working from the Mussafah Office, Abu Dhabi. We are a subcontractor company specializing in interlock pavers, road curbstone and steel and shuttering works.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor specialized in marble and granite works to oversee on-site execution, ensure work quality, and manage installation teams for flooring, cladding, staircases, and custom stone applications. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of marble and granite installation techniques, with a strong ability to manage site logistics, labor, and coordination with main contractors and consultants. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day activities of stone installation teams on-site. Ensure accurate implementation of technical drawings, shop drawings, and method statements. Inspect and verify materials delivered to site are per specification and free of defects. Coordinate site activities with project engineers, subcontractors, and main contractors. Monitor site progress and report any delays, risks, or issues to the Project Manager. Ensure safety protocols, site cleanliness, and compliance with HSE standards. Track labor performance, attendance, and task allocation. Solve site-level challenges related to stone installation, fitting, cutting, and detailing. Assist in quality control and snagging inspections prior to handover. Requirements: Proven experience in supervising stone works (minimum 5 years preferred). Strong knowledge of installation techniques for marble and granite. Ability to read technical drawings and work with measurement tools on-site.
