Responsibilities Create and maintain detailed BIM models for facade systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate facade design into the overall building model. Conduct clash detection and resolve potential design conflicts before construction. Develop and implement BIM standards and protocols related to facade engineering. Provide technical support and guidance to team members regarding BIM processes and tools. Participate in design reviews and provide insights on constructibility and performance of facade systems. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BIM and facade technologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, with a focus on facade engineering preferred. Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and similar tools. Strong knowledge of facade materials, systems, and construction processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Proficient in MS Office suite of applications (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, etc.) Expert in Engineering systems such as AMOS, RAMCO, TRAX, etc. Minimum of TEN years of total aircraft maintenance experience out of which, minimum 3 years as a certifying staff.
