We are looking for a Garage In-Charge with experience in the Garage sector. Requirements: 1.Previous experience in the garage 2.Knowledge of car spare parts 3.Basic accounting skills 4.Previous experience in a leadership role Preferably Pakistani Fluency in English and Urdu

Job Responsibilities: • Greet customers and understand vehicle concerns clearly • Prepare accurate job cards and coordinate with technicians • Explain service options, quotes, and timelines to clients • Ensure timely updates and follow-ups with customers • Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve complaints • Work closely with workshop management to ensure smooth operations ⸻ ✅ Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor (Mercedes or German brands preferred) • Strong communication in English (Arabic is a plus) • Knowledge of vehicle service procedures and repair workflows • Computer-literate (GaragePlug, WinWorks, or similar software) • Presentable, organized, and customer-oriented • UAE driving license is an advantage
