Position: **Automotive After-Sales Service Advisor – Dubai**
Compensation: salary range AED 4,000–5,000 per month + commission.
Position Summary
Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the after-sales service center in Dubai. Deliver a premium service experience by greeting clients, understanding their service needs, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring transparent communication throughout the repair and maintenance process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Reception
• Welcome customers promptly, verify appointments, and listen carefully to vehicle concerns or requests.
• Conduct walk-around inspections with the customer, documenting existing damage and mileage.
2. Service Consultation & Job Authorization
• Translate customer complaints into clear, accurate repair orders; explain required work, timeframes, and cost estimates.
• Obtain customer authorization and signatures before any work commences.
3. Workshop Coordination
• Liaise between customers and technicians to clarify technical issues, parts availability, and expected completion times.
• Monitor job progress, update customers on any delays or additional findings, and gain supplementary approvals when necessary.
4. Quality Control & Delivery
• Perform final quality checks with technicians prior to customer collection; ensure vehicles are cleaned and ready on schedule.
• Review completed repairs with customers, present invoices, process payments, and explain warranty coverage or future maintenance needs.
5. Administrative & CRM Duties
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS (Dealer Management System) for warranty claims, service history, and customer follow-ups.
• Schedule future service appointments and conduct post-service satisfaction calls to uphold CSI targets.
6. Upselling & Revenue Growth
• Identify opportunities to recommend value-added services, accessories, or extended warranty packages in line with customer needs.
• Achieve individual upsell and customer-retention KPIs set by management.
7. Compliance & Housekeeping
• Ensure adherence to manufacturer service standards, local regulations, and health & safety guidelines.
• Keep reception area, consultation bays, and customer lounges clean and professional at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
• High-school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in automotive service or customer relations is a plus.
• 1–3 years’ experience as a service advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in DMS/CRM software and MS Office; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
