Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and organized Accounts & Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our daily financial record-keeping and handle essential secretarial duties, ensuring the smooth operation of office and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions (purchases, sales, expenses) Prepare journal entries (debit/credit) and maintain ledgers Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts Assist in monthly/annual closing and audit preparation Maintain documentation of invoices, receipts, and vouchers Prepare simple reports and summaries for management Administrative & Secretarial Duties: Manage company correspondence (email, phone, filing) Schedule meetings and appointments for management Prepare official letters and follow-up with suppliers/customers Organize and maintain office documents, files, and records Support HR with basic tasks (attendance, document collection) Handle office supply inventory and procurement Requirements: Proven experience in accounting or administrative roles Familiarity with basic accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Excel) Good written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus) High attention to detail and organizational skills Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company UAE work experience Knowledge of VAT filing and local compliance (a plus)
