Key Responsibilities Your duties will include, but are not limited to: • Customs declaration processing ( dubai trade) • Import/export shipment follow-up and document preparation • Bank statement reviews and transfer issuance • Air and sea shipment documentation • Employee visa status follow-up and renewal tracking • Salary transfers and coordination • Data entry into the company system and Excel • Email and phone communication with relevant stakeholders negotiating rates and contracts air and sea • Payment of company bills and follow-up with vendors • VAT submission and refund process every 3 month You are expected to perform any additional tasks reasonably assigned to you by your supervisors in line with your role. Job Responsibilities: Record and track daily company financial transactions, including income and expenses; Assist in preparing financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy; Support the finance team in reconciling accounts and managing invoices; Collaborate with the external accounting firm to assist in VAT and corporate tax filings; Handle banking transactions such as payments, reconciliations, and fund transfers; Maintain and organize financial records to ensure compliance; Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
