We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling payments and receipts, assisting with tax compliance, and supporting the finance team in preparing reports and reconciliations. Key Responsibilities: Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.) Handle accounts payable and receivable entries and reconciliations Prepare and process invoices, credit notes, and receipts Reconcile bank statements and petty cash on a regular basis Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and ledgers Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes Support payroll processing and statutory deduction. Liaise with vendors and internal departments regarding financial matters Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on payments Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books) Tally and ERP knowledge is must.
