Accountant

Roles & responsibilities: Prepares asset, liability, income, expenses, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Manage all accounting transactions including billing, receivable, payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations in due time. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Keep invoices and vouchers of all transactions and get verified regularly from department Head Prepare Salaries, wages, and final settlements. VAT Return filling, well versed with VAT Rules. Must know about Corporate Tax. Documents financial transactions & filling. Banking. Administration management. Always have a can-do approach and must handle the department independently. Requirements and skills Work experience as an Accountant in Dubai Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Hands-on experience with accounting software. Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables Experience with general ledger functions Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus Pay: From AED6,000-8,000 per month
