Junior Accountant - Female Only

We are a growing organization looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Female Junior Accountant to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and record keeping. Support the preparation of financial statements and reports. Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate ledgers. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 1 year of accounting experience Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and teamwork skills.
