Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide comprehensive housekeeping service consultation to customers, ensuring service quality meets customer needs; 2. Maintain customer relationships, conduct regular follow-up visits, and understand changes in customer needs; 3. Utilize sales tools and methods provided by the company to effectively carry out customer development and sales; 4. Stay sensitive to market dynamics and adjust sales strategies timely to adapt to market changes. 5. Have a strong interest in the housekeeping service industry, with good communication skills and service awareness; 6. Be able to communicate effectively with customers and understand their needs; 7. Possess good teamwork spirit and be able to communicate effectively with team members; Position Requirements: 1. Associate degree or above, under the age of 45 (can be relaxed for outstanding candidates); 2. Accept newcomers to the housekeeping industry, with strong learning ability; 3. Good communication skills; 4. Sales experience is preferred; 5. Mandarin speaking proficiency. Employee Benefits: 1. The company will sponsor employees to obtain a two-year work visa, providing legal status in the UAE, and cover the cost of local medical insurance to eliminate concerns regarding medical expenses due to illness; 2. Two-year contract, after one year of employment employees are entitled to one month of paid vacation; if vacation is not taken, payment can be requested to be included in the salary of the following month; 3. Job Requirements: 1. More than 8 years of working experience, with all relevant certificates. Must be proficient in breast milk duct massage, lactation stimulation, postpartum recovery, and monitoring neonatal jaundice. Must also be skilled in preparing nutritious meals for postpartum women and baby's complementary food. 2. Good coordination and communication skills, proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and learning ability, able to endure hardship, follow company arrangements, and work meticulously and patiently. 3. Priority will be given to applicants with early childhood education qualifications. 4. Mandarin speaking required. Employee Benefits: 1. The company will sponsor the employee to obtain a two-year employment visa, providing legal status in the UAE, and cover the cost of local medical insurance to eliminate concerns regarding medical treatment. 2. After completing one year on contract, the company offers one month of leave and a 5000 RMB subsidy for the return flight to the employee's home country. If no leave is taken, the 5000 RMB will be directly added to the employee's salary and paid promptly. 3. Free accommodation provided, including all expenses such as water, electricity, internet, gas, and property management, which are fully covered by the company. Types Of Payments: Two types of payments Cash On delivery: You will keep with yourself whole month. Online Payment: Will be deposited in your app and will be given as salary. Total Deliveries/Day: Depends on your delivery skill and how good you are with locations. Company charges: 600 On Your Monthly Income But If you Work Less Than 15 days you have to pay 300 And more than 15 days, you have to pay full . Salary will be given between 12-15 of each month. Like if you leave in any date of the month you will get the salary of that next month in both case if we dismiss or you want to leave. Attendance: You should be available 24 days in a month otherwise you will be dismissed. Language: English is mandatory.
