The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen and an established network within the region, particularly among institutional clients, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. This role requires expertise in digital assets, an understanding of blockchain technology. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Advisory: Leverage an existing network of institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals to drive business growth. Deliver personalized investment advice on digital assets, aligning with clients' risk profiles and financial objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and strategic insights to meet their evolving needs. Sales & Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the digital asset space. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to onboard new clients and strengthen existing relationships. Drive revenue growth by promoting tailored investment solutions to prospective clients. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on digital asset trends, blockchain innovations, and regulatory changes. Provide clients with informed investment strategies based on market analysis and emerging opportunities. Portfolio Management: Assist clients in designing and managing their digital asset portfolios, ensuring alignment with ADGM Category 3A requirements. Continuously monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments to meet changing market conditions. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to market volatility, liquidity, and regulatory changes. Ensure clients’ investments are safeguarded through effective risk management strategies. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all client engagements and investment activities comply with ADGM regulatory standards. Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments to maintain compliance across all client portfolios. Client Reporting & Engagement: Prepare detailed investment reports and portfolio updates, providing clients with transparent and timely insights. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and to strengthen relationships. Education & Training: Educate clients on the complexities of digital assets, market trends, and best practices for managing their portfolios. Provide internal teams with insights on regulatory developments and market dynamics. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. CFA or equivalent certifications are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in investment advisory, asset management, or portfolio management, with a focus on digital assets or cryptocurrencies. Proven track record in sales or business development within financial services, particularly in the UAE market. Network & Relationships: Strong, established network within the UAE, particularly with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Sales & Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex investment strategies in a clear, client-focused manner. The Client Integration Lead plays a critical role in onboarding new institutional clients, managing complex transitions across private markets and fund structures, and driving operational alignment across global delivery teams.
