Nissan Middle East extends warranty on genuine parts by six months

Nissan reaffirms its commitment to customer satisfaction and quality by launching the "Manufacturer Warranty" program, valid for six months on all original Nissan spare parts sold across the Middle East region. This initiative strengthens Nissan's reputation for delivering superior value and quality, while reinforcing its dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction and the overall ownership experience of Nissan vehicles throughout the area.

 

Unlike traditional warranty services that apply only to parts sold and installed at authorized Nissan service centers, this manufacturer-backed warranty covers original parts purchased regardless of where they are installed, offering customers greater flexibility in choosing installation locations. The coverage extends beyond direct purchases from Nissan service centers to include spare parts sold through authorized wholesale distributors and dealers across the region.

This new Nissan warranty applies to a wide range of original spare parts, with exceptions including incorrect fault diagnosis, poor workmanship related to repairs, and damage caused by improper installation. The program is part of a broader customer protection and safety initiative, as Nissan continues developing and delivering training programs for partners, stakeholders, and customers across the Middle East to help them identify counterfeit parts. Additionally, Nissan has launched awareness campaigns highlighting the risks associated with fake products through its recent "Ask Why?" campaign.

 

The new six-month manufacturer warranty on original Nissan spare parts complements other exclusive post-sales offerings designed to elevate customer experiences across the region. These include complimentary high-performance 5W30 engine oil—formulated uniquely to boost engine performance and enhance protection—as well as Nissan’s enhanced service program, which delivers added value and convenience, building trust through clear and direct communication via both online and offline channels.

Nissan’s post-sales product portfolio is available across the Middle East, encompassing over three million spare parts accessible through the brand’s network of authorized partners in the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Lebanon, and Jordan.
