Land Rover's Special Vehicles Operations Unveils Range Rover Sport SVR

Updated 03:26 PM,Aug 25,2021

The Land Rover Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) division has unveiled a special edition of the Range Rover Sport SVR featuring a new glass-spray steel paint finish for the first time.

The Range Rover Sport SVR Ultimate edition boasts a curated selection of color combinations, bespoke interior details crafted by the SV Bespoke team, and a 575-horsepower engine, enhancing the visual appeal of Land Rover’s fastest and most powerful vehicle in its lineup.

Exclusive exterior paint finishes include the new glossy blue Maya and glossy gray Marl, available only on this variant, along with a highly reflective white glass-spray steel coating that intensifies the car's shine. A third option offers a more dramatic look in matte black Ligurian, all paired with a contrasting Narvik black roof.

Bespoke attention extends to the Range Rover logo on the hood and rear door, rendered in black, with unique contrast trim in Fuji white—also featured on the side air intakes.

The body-color hood with carbon fiber accents, 22-inch five-spoke split-rim wheels, and black brake calipers amplify the distinctive presence of the Ultimate edition. The Narvik black finish complements the roof, door mirror caps, front grille and surrounds, front fenders, and rear door seamlessly.

The Range Rover Sport SVR is Land Rover’s fastest, most powerful, and most dynamic model. The second-generation version now features a 5.0-liter V8 engine with twin turbocharging, delivering 575 horsepower and 700 Newton-meters of torque. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds (0–60 mph in 4.3 seconds) and reaches a top speed of 283 km/h (176 mph).
