Kia has unveiled the all-new Kia K3 sedan at its global debut during the Mexico City Motor Show. Designed to redefine the compact car segment, the new K3 features an elegant design, advanced technology, and a spacious interior that ensures passenger comfort and unmatched safety. The K3 sedan is specifically crafted to meet all customer needs and desires.

Aligned with Kia’s new brand vision, “Movement that inspires,” the K3 represents a revolutionary model and will be produced in Nuevo León, Mexico. The K3 clearly demonstrates that entry-level vehicles can deliver a rewarding driving experience comparable to higher-tier models, developed with a strong focus on meeting customer needs, preferences, and tastes.

The new Kia K3 comes equipped with efficient 1.6-liter gasoline engines and will also be available in a new GT-Line sporty variant.

In line with Kia’s ongoing commitment to passenger comfort and safety, the K3 includes six airbags, ABS braking system, and electronic stability control (ESC) as standard features. Additionally, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) are offered as optional upgrades.

The vehicle retains design elements from its predecessors, featuring Kia’s signature front grille with the iconic “Tiger Nose”造型, now reinterpreted for a more distinctive look. Black accents on the wheel arches, combined with a dual-line beltline connected to the fenders, create a bolder appearance. The fastback-style roof adds sophistication, while the rear design includes thin LED light strips forming a decorative bridge between the tail lights.

Inside, the cabin maintains a modern, enjoyable, and comfortable atmosphere, combining functionality, high fit-and-finish quality, and superior craftsmanship compared to competitors. Key highlights include a unified digital instrument cluster and panoramic infotainment display, a newly designed steering wheel inspired by the EV6, and a simple yet contemporary horizontal dashboard layout. Kia remains fully committed to upholding the highest safety standards. The K3 features a reinforced body structure to improve both driving dynamics and occupant protection.

Vibration levels and noise insulation match those found in higher-class vehicles. Meanwhile, the suspension system has been redesigned to achieve an excellent balance between ride comfort and handling precision.

The 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine delivers 123 horsepower, known for its reliability and performance. It can be paired with either a six-speed manual or an automatic transmission. Additionally, a 1.4-liter engine will be available for export markets.

The all-new Kia K3 will be available in select markets starting from the final quarter of this year. Launch dates and detailed trim specifications for each country will be announced in due time.
