The ideal candidate will oversee and manage interior construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate fit-out activities on-site Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants Conduct site inspections and quality control checks Prepare progress reports and documentation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fit-out works Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software Excellent communication and project management skills UAE experience and driving license preferred
