




We are seeking an experienced Windows Application Developer with a strong background in WPF and WinForms to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in C#, UI frameworks, and modern design patterns, and will be passionate about creating efficient, scalable, and visually appealing desktop applications. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Windows desktop applications using WPF (.NET C#), Silverlight, and WinForms. • Build user interfaces using XAML and develop custom user controls. • Apply UI-specific design patterns such as MVVM, MVP, Commands, and Event-Driven architectures. • Implement multithreaded programming for high-performance and responsive applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Work on modules interacting with banking peripherals (e.g., Bill Validators, Note Dispensers). • Support financial transaction standards such as ISO 8583. • Utilize MS TFS for source control, versioning, and project tracking. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in object-oriented programming (C# preferred). • Strong understanding of OOP concepts and proficiency in C/C++ and pointers. • Proven experience developing and maintaining Windows GUI applications. • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with banking systems, financial device integration, or payment protocols. • Familiarity with ISO standard protocols (e.g., ISO 8583). • Exposure to enterprise-level source control using TFS or similar tools.
