الخبرة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ويفضل أن تكون في مشاريع سكنية وتجارية.\r\n درجة الماجستير أو شهادة احترافية (MRICS أو ما يعادلها) تعتبر ميزة ولكنها ليست إلزامية.\r\n مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرات تواصل اجتماعي.\r\n القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط، والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الصارمة والمرونة للعمل 6 أيام في الأسبوع.\r\n معرفة عميقة بسوق البناء في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ونظام FIDIC.\r\n مهارات
