Juice Maker – Restaurant in Dubai
We are hiring a young, energetic Juice Maker for a busy restaurant in Dubai. You’ll prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty coolers with consistent quality and speed.
Responsibilities
• Prepare, garnish, and serve beverages to order
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and workstation cleanliness (HACCP standards)
• Manage mise en place: wash/peel/chop fruits & vegetables, prep syrups and purees
• Operate and maintain commercial juicers, blenders, ice machines, and POS
• Upsell items and suggest flavor combinations

• Vegetable Juices: carrot, beetroot, celery, cucumber, tomato

• Smoothies (Fruit-Based): mango–banana, strawberry–banana, tropical (pineapple–mango–passionfruit)
• Green Smoothies: spinach–pineapple–banana, kale–apple–kiwi–lemon, avocado–spinach–dates
• Protein/Meal Smoothies: banana–peanut butter–oats–protein; cocoa–almond–banana–protein; berry–yogurt–chia–protein
• Yogurt/Lassi: mango lassi, sweet/salted lassi, berry–yogurt–honey
• Milkshakes (dairy/plant-based): chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, avocado–pistachio, date–almond
• Wellness Shots: ginger–lemon, turmeric–black pepper–honey, wheatgrass
• Lemonades & Ades: classic lemonade, lemon–mint, strawberry lemonade, cucumber–lime cooler
• Agua Frescas & Infused Waters: watermelon–mint, pineapple–ginger, cucumber–basil
• Iced Teas & Herbal Coolers: peach iced tea, lemon iced tea, hibiscus cooler, lemongrass–mint
• Mocktails (non-alcoholic): virgin mojito, piña colada mocktail, passionfruit mule, sparkling berry cooler
• Slushies/Frappes: mango slush, lemon–mint slush, coffee frappe
• Coconut & Electrolyte Blends: coconut water–pineapple, watermelon–coconut–lime
• Hot Infusions: hot lemon–ginger–honey, spiced apple, mint–lemon
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in a juice shop, restaurant, or hotel
• Good communication skills; customer-friendly and fast-paced mindset
• Knowledge of portioning, recipe consistency, and basic inventory/stock rotation
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Salary & Benefits
• AED 1,800 – 3000 (based on experience)
