ADMIN AND HR COORDINATOR
Arrange and maintain employees’ files (hard & digital), track expiries (EIDs, visas, passports, health cards), and ensure timely renewals.
Prepare monthly payroll (WPS file/SIF), update leaves, absences, overtime, and calculate end-of-service/gratuity per UAE law.
Draft and issue HR letters (offers, NOCs, salary certificates), memos, and emails on behalf of management.
Post vacancies, filter CVs, call applicants, schedule interviews, coordinate tests, and maintain a candidate tracker.
Prepare official memos/letters/emails for management; manage calendar, meetings, and travel itineraries (flights/hotels/visas).
Manage and maintain the filing system
Coordinate with vendors, request quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and follow up on deliveries
Track invoices and LPOs; prepare cheques; prepare and post payment vouchers; verify receipt vouchers and supplier statements.
Manage office petty cash (imprest), record expenses with VAT backup, and reconcile monthly.
Prepare simple Excel reports (payables aging, petty cash summary, HR dashboards) for management.
