The ideal candidate will have a polished and service-oriented approach, excellent command of English, and proven experience in customer service, preferably within the luxury design, showroom, or home décor sector. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (architects, designers, and private clients), delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and in-person channels. Handle inquiries about product details, pricing, availability, and order status with precision and professionalism. Coordinate and follow up on orders, deliveries, and after-sales requests, ensuring all client expectations are met. Maintain accurate client and order records using internal systems and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word). Liaise with luxury brand partners and logistics to ensure smooth processing of requests and deliveries. Uphold the brand image and tone of high-end service in all communications and interactions. Support sales and administrative tasks as required with autonomy and attention to detail. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the interior design, luxury retail, or decorative arts industry. Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
