Job Title: Project Manager / Site Engineer Responsibilities: • Lead villa and townhouse projects from start to handover. • Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera or equivalent tools. • Supervise sites daily and ensure high-quality execution. • Coordinate with consultants, municipalities, and suppliers to resolve issues. • Monitor budgets and provide weekly progress reports. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and finishing quality. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 2 years of villa project experience in the UAE (Ajman/Sharjah preferred). • Proficiency in Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office. • Ability to combine both management and on-site supervision roles. • Strong communication and time management skills. • UAE driving license is an advantage.
