الموردين، ومنح العقود، والمراجعات الدورية أو العرضية القائمة على المخاطر. والهدف هو ضمان التزام جميع أصحاب المصلحة بأعلى معايير النزاهة والأخلاق والامتثال بما يتماشى مع قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والممارسات الدولية المثلى.\r\n\r\n⸻\r\n\r\nالمسؤوليات الرئيسية:\r\n\r\n1. التحريات الواجبة عند مرحلة منح العقد:\r\n\t•\tإجراء فحص نزاهة على المقاولين والموردين ومقدمي الخدمات المحتملين قبل منح العقد.\r\n\t•\tتحديد وتقييم المخاطر المتعلقة بالسمعة والقانون والتنظيم والأخلاقيات المرتبطة بالأطراف الثالثة.\r\n\t•\tالتواصل مع أقسام المشتريات والشؤون القانونية والإدارات الفنية لتنبيههم للمخاطر المحتملة وتقديم توصيات للتخفيف منها.\r\n\t•\tالحفاظ على سجل تدقيق واضح وتوثيق يدعم عملية اتخاذ القرار.\r\n\r\n2. التحريات الواجبة عند مرحلة التسجيل / التسجيل الأولي:\r\n\t•\tتنفيذ إجراءات شاملة للتحريات الواجبة للكيانات والأفراد المسجلين أو الذين يتعاملون مع الجهة الحكومية.\r\n\t•\tاستخدام المعلومات الاستخباراتية المفتوحة المصدر (OSINT)، وقواعد البيانات التجارية، والأدوات الداخلية للتحقق من البكالوريوس في القانون أو علم الإجرام أو إدارة الأعمال أو العلاقات الدولية أو مجال ذي صلة (ويُفضّل الحصول على درجة الماجستير).\r\n\t•\tخبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التحريات عن النزاهة أو الامتثال أو
